Tonight, I fed Hayes applesauce, and it's the first thing he's tried that he didn't completely reject!!! Now, I'm not going to say it was a success, but at least he was interested! Mr. Independent wanted to feed himself as you can tell!

As many of you suggested, I added rice cereal to the applesauce at one point, but he could tell I had slipped that nasty stuff into his yummy applesauce and it was all over. It was nothing but bottle from that point on. Rotten boy!

I only added rice to the vegetables... runny veggies are not appealing! I never messed with the fruit. It's good stuff! Hayes, you are rotten!! But you're CUTE!
